Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How We Ship

We ship all orders through Chit Chats, who work with a network of trusted partner carriers including Canada Post and USPS for final delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped, which you can use to monitor your delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. All times are business days and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.

  • Canada: 2 to 8 business days for most destinations
  • United States (contiguous): 6 to 8 business days
  • Remote Canadian addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer

Flame + Flora is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs and Duties (US Orders)

All orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes are calculated and covered at checkout — there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at chitchats.com/tracking or through the partner carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hola@flameandflora.com within 7 days. We will do our best to assist, though Flame + Flora cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
